  • Human Resources HR Generalist

    The human resource generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior management in supporting Perfect Aire employees. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, on-boarding, policy implementation and recruitment.

    Description:

    • Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel as well as temporary employees.
    • Creates and revises job descriptions.
    • Writes and places advertisements; maintains accurate and timely job postings.
    • Conducts new-employee orientations and onboarding.
    • Assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains the employee handbook.
    • Participates in developing departmental goals and objectives.
    • Prepare internal employee communications regarding benefits or company policies.
    • Performs benefits administration, including approving invoices for payment and communicating benefits information to employees.
    • Coaches and advises managers on best practices, policies, programs or processes and how to respond to workplace issues appropriately.
    • Facilitates the implementation of systems, programs, tools and processes designed to improve management and employee performance, productivity, engagement and results.
    • Maintains Human Resource Information System records with accuracy and timeliness.
    • Coordinates employee recognition programs and events.
    • Handles employee relations counseling and exit interviewing.
    • Additional HR related projects/matters as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of HR experience.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
    • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
    • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
    • Excellent communication and people skills.
    • Aptitude in problem-solving.
    • Strong knowledge of hiring processes.

  • We are looking for a candidate to become our Product Specialist who is passionate about learning and displaying competence in understanding our home comfort products. You will join a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and work with cross-functional teams to develop, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our growing team!

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • Assist in the development of products by defining, outlining, and analyzing what the company plans on bringing to the market
    • Develop and maintain product road-maps and presentations on new products
    • Communicate staff needs on an on-going basis to the factory and vice versa
    • Scope and prioritize activities based on direction from President of Sales
    • Drive product launches; including working with our overseas factory, marketing team, executives, and other staff members
    • Act as a product spokesman to our sales team and company
    • Gain a deep understanding of products and identify the needs of our customers and provide them with the details requested
    • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
    • Create model numbers, descriptions, and UPC’s for new products

    • Review all specifications and technical requirements of all products in the Perfect Aire portfolio
    • Confirm labeling and packaging requirements consistent with customer and regulatory needs
    • Work with our quality control personnel to approve production and test samples
    • Keep current on all regulatory changes within the market place

    • Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
    • Monitor customer reviews by tracking both positive and negative reviews

  • The Customer Service Representative’s primary responsibility is to handle consumer and customer phone calls and inquiries related to products, troubleshooting, credits and part orders in a professional and efficient manner. The CSR serves as a liaison between sales, customers and consumers. The CSR will report to the Customer Service Manager.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers at all times.
    • Daily interaction with our customers via email, phone and live chat.
    • Product knowledge in order to troubleshoot and resolve consumer issues.
    • Regularly review customer feedback on various eCommerce sites to provide appropriate response and communicate with team members for product development needs.
    • Maintain individual call log in case ticketing system in details; i.e. method of contact, problem and action taken.
    • Update and follow up on cases in a timely manner.
