  • Overview

    This person is responsible for Accounts Payable and other Accounting responsibilities along with some purchasing/importing duties. Position reports to the Finance Controller.

    Job Responsibilities

    Accounts Payable

    • Responsible for proper general ledger coding of vendor invoices.
    • Allocation of expenses to proper company and maintenance of inter-company accounts.
    • Accurate posting of vendor invoices to company’s business software.
    • Timely payment to vendors based on negotiated vendor terms.
    • Timely AMEX payments and cardholder reconciliations.
    • Proper A/P vendor invoice filing and record keeping.
    • Maintenance of W-9’s for new vendors and existing 1099 vendors.
    • Annual preparation and mailing of company 1099’s and related governmental filings.


    • Receive inventory shipments to open purchase order and forward Bill of Lading, Purchase Order and Vendor invoice to accounts payable. Accounts payable will perform a triple match within the system to post the liability to AP.


    • Collect monthly payment details, calculate, update and forward sales rep commission reports to each rep agency.
    • Send commission payment details to AP to process payment

    Other duties

    • Support month end close process for areas of responsibility; reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts, maintaining supporting schedules and support Controller as necessary.
    • Monthly bank reconciliations and other financial reporting.
    • Daily cash position reporting.
    • Miscellaneous schedules to track expenses against budget and forecast.
    • Other Ad Hoc duties as required.

    Skills and Specifications

    • Associates or Bachelors degree in accounting or related field.
    • Minimum 3 years experience.

    Technical Skills

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented, effective, and experienced IT Specialist with Ecommerce experience to join our growing team. In this dual position, you will use your expertise on a wide variety of IT related projects and issues. The primary responsibility will be to monitor and maintain our IT systems. You will install, configure, service, repair and maintain information technology systems, both hardware and software. Additional responsibilities may include creating and analyzing SQL reports as well as basic web development. You will also participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the organization and ensure that system hardware, operating systems, and software systems are fully operational. The secondary responsibility will be to assist with our growing Ecommerce channel, from product information management to SEO/SEM/PPC management. You will be involved in all related processes, including analyzing data and contributing to our Ecommerce strategy.

    IT Specialist Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assist and resolve IT issues for company personnel
    • Administer network and data security, including active directory, group policy, firewalls, antivirus, email security, etc.
    • Maintain and monitor IT hardware/software systems
    • Install and configure new IT hardware / software
    • Support for ERP (and other) systems following company standard operating procedures
    • Create, analyze, report, convert, or transfer data, using Microsoft SQL
    • Assist in the maintenance and update of company websites(s)
    • Assist in the management of Ecommerce channel, from product information management to ad and pay per click campaigns
    • Contribute to the development of Ecommerce strategies
    • Provide training to new employees and other training sessions as required

    IT Specialist Requirements and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 2+ years experience in information technology
    • Strong network administration skills
    • Experience with VMWare and Windows Server architecture
    • Knowledge in Microsoft SQL and BI/data warehousing
    • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel (functions, macros, VBA), Word, PowerPoint
    • Knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) standards and concepts
    • Experience with Ecommerce – Amazon FBA, Product Management and Pay Per Click (PPC)
    • Experience in API development a plus
    • Experience in front end web development using HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, WordPress a plus
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple problems simultaneously

  • Job Summary

    The Customer Service Team Lead assists Customer Service Leadership with daily operations. The team leader is responsible for ensuring that calls are handled within guidelines, providing floor and escalation support, coaching for performance improvement and assisting with call quality and training. The Customer Service Team Lead reports directly to the Customer Service Manager.

    Summary of Essential Job Functions

    • Serves as floor resource to support Customer Service Representatives.
    • Create a positive and inspiring work environment for customer care staff through motivation and continual team development.
    • Ensure correct procedures are followed and routinely give directions to staff on what to do and how to improve. In the absence of, and in conjunction with the Customer Service Manager, offer advice or authorize an exception to Company policy.
    • Lead day-to-day operations of the department in the absence of the Customer Service Manager.
    • Maintain continuous focus on call center productivity through monitoring standards, metrics, performance criteria, policies and procedures.
    • Evaluate quality issues to identify processes in need of review and revision. Work with team members and other leads to coordinate events to develop and implement improved and streamlined workflow and processes.
    • Respond to and resolve escalated issues and complex requests from Customer Service Reps.
    • Assist with training and development as necessary.
    • Seek cross-departmental opportunities to improve efficiency and foster inter-departmental relationships.
    • Lead by example by having a hands-on approach, rolling up your sleeves, taking phone calls, and messaging users.
    • Research and respond to all escalated inquiries with a strong sense of urgency.
    • Coach CSR’s in real time through performance monitoring and evaluation.
    • Consistently monitor team to proactively identify potential problems and implement resolutions.
    • Coordinate and/or deliver training to call center personnel as needed.
    • Assist in handling call volume as necessary.
    • Perform various additional tasks as required by Customer Service Leadership.

  • The Customer Service Representative’s primary responsibility is to handle consumer and customer phone calls and inquiries related to products, troubleshooting, credits and part orders in a professional and efficient manner. The CSR serves as a liaison between sales, customers and consumers. The CSR will report to the Customer Service Manager.

    Job Responsibilities
